Pastor Teryl and Kathy Todd, Senior Pastor

Teryl Todd is a graduate of Rickards High School (Tallahassee, 1972); Emmanuel College (B.S. 1976); Regent University (M.A. 1980); and Southwestern University (M.A. 1998). He has served Evangel Assembly since September 15, 2002. Previously he planted and pastored North Shore Christian Church on Chicago’s North Shore for fourteen years. For ten years prior to that he served Regent University (CBN) in Virginia Beach, VA, as Vice President for Student Affairs and Chaplain. He has also pastored in Virginia and Florida. Kathy Todd is a graduate of East Carolina University. She taught First grade for several years, and served with Teryl in pastoring in Florida, Virginia, and Illinois. Teryl and Kathy are the parents of three daughters: Terri, Kathryn (Byron), and Kristin.

Pastor Robert and Lois Lecce, Pastoral Care/Seniors Ministry

Pastor Robert and Lois lead our active Senior Adult Department. They provide ministry as well as activities to Primetimers. They offer a Sunday morning small group, a monthly fellowship, and various other outings throughout the year. The also lead our Visitation Ministry. Pastor Lecce graduated from Malone College with a B.A degree in Theology. Lois received an A.A. degree from Eastern Nazarene College. Robert has served in ministry as senior pastor for a total of 42 years before coming on as part-time staff at Evangel in December 2002. Robert & Lois have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Pastor Ryan and Becky Forkel, Youth and Music Pastors

Pastor Ryan Forkel leads the Student Ministries at Evangel Assembly and his wife Becky is the Worship Pastor at Evangel. Before coming to Evangel, they were Youth and Music Pastors at Calvary Assembly in Kissimmee, FL for 6 years and in Tampa, FL for 4 years. While studying Music Performance at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, Ryan and Becky have been able to minister to countless teens through street ministry, youth camps, conventions, and church services throughout the Eastern US. This ministry to teens sparked the desire to work in full-time youth ministry after college. Ryan and Becky have three daughters, Kate, Allie, and Lindsey.

Pastor Terri Todd, Young Adults and Connections Ministries

Terri Todd came to Evangel in June of 2008.  Terri is a graduate of Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs G.A.  While attending Emmanuel she received a B.S. in Christian Ministries.  She also attended Lee University in Cleveland T.N and graduated in 2007 with a M.S in Mental Health Counseling. Terri has taught third grade for two years as well as worked at a foster care agency where she was an in-home counselor and case manager. Terri is passionate about training, equipping, mentoring, and leading young adults. She desires to see this generation be radical about serving God, and sharing their faith. A few fun facts about Terri is that she has an unhealthy addiction to Starbucks coffee, loves coffee shops, and browsing through bookstores.
